Hey everyone!
As we get closer to the start of the Summer Body Challenge, let’s start gradually cutting back on sugar now. Going cold turkey doesn’t work for most people it often leads to stronger cravings and overindulging later.
For now, skip the lattes, sugary drinks, juices, and pop. Instead, try:
✅ Mint or lemon water
✅ Sparkling water (my favorite is Bubbly so many great flavors!)
✅ Natural sweeteners like 100% organic raw honey
Sugary drinks are packed with empty calories, so swapping them out is a small but powerful step. Remember, natural sugars from fruits are totally fine!
