The countdown is on! In just two weeks, we officially begin the 6fifteen Summer Body Challenge! A transformative six-week journey designed to push you, challenge you, and help you step into the best version of yourself.
By signing up, you’ve already taken the first and most important step: committing to change. This challenge is about more than just looking good for summer, it’s about building discipline, strengthening your mindset, and proving to yourself that you can follow through on your goals.
What to Expect:
Over the next two weeks, start preparing yourself mentally and physically. This challenge is about consistency, not perfection. You’ll be focusing on:
✅ Cardio & Strength Training – Get ready to move 4-5x a week. Whether it’s jump rope, Stairmaster, hiking, or gym sessions, you’re going to push your body and build endurance.
✅ Nutrition Reset – No fried foods, fast food, processed snacks, or sugary drinks. Your body thrives when you fuel it properly!
✅ Mindset & Wellness – This isn’t just about fitness; it’s about growth. You’ll be incorporating prayer, journaling, and reading to support your mental strength.
✅ Hydration & Recovery – Drinking 2L of water daily and staying consistent with your routine will help keep you energized and refreshed.
